There's no question their science and process has enormous potential. It's the one common thread that seems to bind everyone who is here.

I can only speak for me here, but if I had just stumbled upon the stock right now, reviewed the good and bad that has transpired for the company, I'd be waiting for the updated SEC filings of their 10-K/Q. A year is a long time to go without clarity.

The U.S. patent earlier this year was the only good thing I can really see that has happened since their last SEC filings. Since the patent announcement there has only been issues of non-payment to creditors resulting in lawsuits and deals unfavorable to shareholders. I need to see a reversal of this trend in the way the company handles its affairs and I need to see the realistic plans for when they will be able to generate revenue again.

It sounds all doomy gloomy but the company need not have to sign too many new licensing deals to bring in much needed cash. The situation is concerning right now but they could grow themselves out of many of these problems and in a short period of time.

I'm expecting to have many questions still unanswered after the filings are updated and will address them to Anna at that time. The response I get may very well dictate what my course of action will be. There isn't much point to me selling now as the distance to zero from where the PPS is now is meaningless to me in dollar terms. If you made some cash elsewhere you could turn some of those profits into a position in SVFC, perhaps average down if the PPS did go down but I imagine you wouldn't be buying in with a big chunk of change just yet.

I think it still holds true that if everything were perfect with the stock you wouldn't be able to get it this cheap. So there is risk but at these depressed levels the risk/reward profile now is obviously better than those who bought in at $0.07-$0.03.

GLTU!
