I think we may different opinions, that's all. When a company ads 15% of their o/s (excluding warrants) for $2m cash; math tells me insiders see the value of the as $2m = 15% at $14mc (again excluding warrants). So right now the mc is 2.5 times higher than insiders value it (again excluding warrants).

What am I missing here? Enlighten me
