I am new to this, but from what i know is they have a product: http://budgenius.com/ ..nice site for categorizing MMJ products. Apparently CEO has kept the business on the down low for the past year, but now since they loosened up on the MJ laws, he came out with this:

They have been converting notes from the old business so the share structure is rather large but workable imo

Also a rumor they had a meeting with a MMJ company in cali, not sure about what

So threw in a few bucks and hoping for the best
