OK, just gonna be quick and dirty here:
Total Exteriors was acquired by RENU earlier this year. They had a component called Energy Solutions by Total that installed residential solar.
Now, Total was a part of RENU before, under the old CEO, who put a screwing to them and us both. While under RENU the first time, Total developed a RenuEn Experts and included the RENU logo. When the old CEO screwed them, they kept all of that and continued to use it.
When re-acquired, we got all of that back. Then, their profit margins were not in line with revenues they were generating, so the deal was severed. However, in that severing process, it appears that RENU retained the ES aspect in Florida, and the logo, which is currently being used on the FB page.
Total Exteriors, Union NJ, NJ based business, etc etc is all gone. I'm waiting for confirmation, prolly from the CC, that we did gain: ES Florida (obvious from the FB page), the logo, and certain key personnel, from the severance.
