It's the record of the OS. Hundreds of millions of shares of KATX were authorized, issued, and sold over the last five years. Simple. Obvious. The only person who could authorize, issue, and sell those shares was Bubba. He not only did that, he diluted like crazy while making shareholders wait for the divvy for a ridiculous amount of time. But that's another question. As far as I'm concerned, this one's been answered. Bubbaco sold hundreds of millions of shares. Public records prove it.
