I would guess there is a huge problem....

My intuition tells me John thought his prior stint with sec would give him powers and no need to operate with integrity; thus giving him more time to sell shares....

Did he overestimate the power of " my name is John buhler"?

Wonder if he's busy trying to rectify the uplist situation since he definitely is not producing buying for shares at a super discounted price....discounted based on what we know now that is....maybe they won't look so discounted in 70 days when q is released?
