They would have needed to file form 144 1st to sell any shares.

So they have NOT sold any shares

You know as well as I do that is an opinion and not fact. Apparently no one will man up and admit the truth. That is unfortunate. We are not talking about dilution we are talking outright selling of shares. I will ask the question in its simplest form. Did they sell shares through a brokerage or whatever. If so it would be recorded and reported. Where is the proof. Short of that it is the usual smoke and mirrors and misleading post. Please answer honestly and provide the proof.
