I sleep fine at night. Never sold 1 share of TNIB. I have never asked anyone to provide names. You see I don't really care what you think. What I do care about is that LDN has the potential to take away the side effects of chemo, that LDN can help people that suffer from MS, Parkinson's and other auto immune disease. That LDN has had successful clinical trials in China, is about to go into phase 3 trials in US, has numerous blogs from people that have auto immune diseases that have great things to say about LDN and how it has improved symptoms. I'm not sure what you agenda is but clearly you and/same/or JSMILL are rooting for TNIB to fail. We're each entitled to our opinion and clearly we differ 180 degrees. My innate tells me that within 6 months TNIB will be one of the biggest breakthrough in combating cancer and autoimmune diseases.

4thKing, question for you:

Why do you think Noreen or Peter would agree to such ridiculous risky terms for a note when the other notes clearly indicate the company is able to get more fair terms on loans (for example RJ Dailey giving them 2% interest on $500,000 loan). The following note is now already paid off but can be found in the annual report...

Quote:
Promissory notes issued in December 2015. Lenders earn interest at a rate of 10% per month. Notes are repayable on March 9, 2016. $30,000 of principal and $49,000 of interest and penalties were converted to 987,500 shares of common stock in 2016. The Company was unable to repay the remaining note at maturity and the note is in default. The Company is obligated to pay late-payment penalties totaling $5,000 per day on the remaining obligation.

4thKing, why do you think Noreen/Peter would agree to such ridiculous terms?
