Trying very hard to be optimistic, maybe the SEC inquiry will reveal something positive and find that all we are dealing with is bad communication. If they find the worst then I feel there is enough money lost due to fraud to merit legal action against all parties. What would be our legal options as far as a class action lawsuit?
