I would venture to guess that (based on vper's history of lying) there never was any $655,000...I would be more inclined to believe that the money figure was nothing more than a ploy to try to excite investors and get them to throw money at vper...Just like the sri lanka contracts worth $150mm they gloated about, but didn't bother to say they were multiple contracts, and the sheer magnitude and size of the projects (after the pilot projects) would make it impossible for one company to do them all.Instead they simply said that the pilot programs would lead to $150mm in contracts and nearly every one here went crazy with swearing that vper was going to get $150mm in sri lanka contracts

Why do you think that vper never puts out any financials, especially audited? It's because there isn't anything close to what they put out in PRs.
