So what about its Salitrosa project? They 'own' this already and haven't been able to extract out of it (behind on payments) yet. What makes you think getting another mine they will be able to start extracting from it when they haven't done much with their original mine. It's like opening up 10 McDonald's location storefronts but not having any ingredients or grilles to serve. If there is news that they are 'producing' then I will change my tune but until then I don't see this news as anything but fluff. Not giving up but def have been beaten up a bit.
