I agree 'they' would pillage and plunder this IF (big IF) they were able to legally do so. 'They' are not legally able to pillage and plunder F&F and this is the reason for lawsuits and conservatorship.

BTW who are 'they' and in what LEGAL WAY will 'they' pillage and plunder?
