The result would be a contingency payment or a mild dilution under the 850-900 million share limit. Still, it would provide the funding entity with incentive, but the payoff would be phenomenal!
They said that they weren't, but if you listen to it on the conference call its not so uniformed. Meaning to me that some think they might have to dilute and some don't want that to happen at all.
