I know what you mean. There are convertible notes and warrants but no bond holders. I read Form POS AM dated 8/5/2005. I may be wrong to try to explain the short selling. I don't think anyone of retailer investors know it very much. It is a debatable issue. We may have to wait next Q or K report to figure it out. For now, I just focus on the company and let MMs short stocks.
