ABSOLUTELY! We are talking BILLIONS of dollars. That is why I do not expect that scenario to ever even come close to play itself out. This company will be bought out for a very large sum of money IMHO. Too many dollars are at stake and too many companies have far too much to lose.
For every billion they are awarded the legal team will make 333 million...So a 5 billion suit should make the law firm a billionaire..Does not sound like a reach to me..
