Seems Gary/Cytta has filed another fraudulent 10-K for 09/20/2013
He claims again that Cytta is not subject to any lawsuits. In fact as noted in prior posth, both he persoanlly and Cytta are subject to 2 suits and both he personally and Cytta have been served in both them and Cytta has put in filings and appearances. Cytta accountant Mike Moore it turns out is subject named in a separate unrelated suit for fraudulent activity related to Vertex.
Since the directors and officers of Cytta all know this too, it would not surprise me if they are now named in suits as they are knowing participants in this fraud.
