Nov 15, however we have received updated financial information midway through the last quarter of each of the past two quarters letting us know expectations are being exceeded. Nine days or so from now. From IR I found out they pretty much figured out the numbers the day before. Nine days or so until we see it. Go NTEK$$!!

ends Sept 30th); so the "due date" for OTC Filing is Friday,
November 15th.

Having said that, the past 2 Q's since NTEK has emerged from
R&D, the company has reported in advance of the the required
