#59242 RE: Goldstrike #59241

. For example, JJ should be recognized and commended for his hard work and vision in consolidating the over 1500 claims on the Alto.

You Sir, are indeed, most charitable. JJ has amassed this portfolio of claims and interests by floating nearly 1 billion shares of stock. We, the stockholders, paid for this stock and financed the existence of this company. And every year, we find our ownership further diluted. It seems to me like JJ has been the only one who has successfully monetized the underlying assets in his favor. Isn't that "thanks" enough? Isn't his (and his family's) huge chunk of participating preferred stock that will reap the benefit of the first millions of earnings before common stockholders (of which he and his family also represent a sizable proportion) see a penny more than adequate "commendation" for his selfless fiduciary duty?

As a former claim holder in the U.S. with some experience in establishing and maintaining a mining claim, I can say that is no small feat

I wish we had your expertise to avail of in the last decade. One with your experience must find it utterly incomprehensible that no drilling program of any form that would withstand scrutiny has ever been performed...On the mountain... Perhaps JJ was too distracted tinkering with the Ciclons/Jotas/Polos out there? Sad he would focus his time and our corporate equity on such unwise and ill-performing investments when the mere proving up of the ADL would eliminate these uncertainties and render discussions like this moot.

I certainly hope no one has committed "rent money" or such into this stock. I knew what I was getting into with a Pink non-reporter, and my 1 in 100 shot is turning out pretty much like I thought, though I confess disappointment. Your descriptor "Adventure" is quite accurate as well. The stories I would have missed had I not bought in are nearly worth the price of admission! ;-)
