that I fine..let them get the 45 million...if PGI leaves this company as is...like a subsidiary then the company lets say makes the 44 million annually as projected...wouldn't that make the stock worth a lot more...and everyone is saying the shareholder gets nothing...but already the shares are worth a lot more than they were yesterday right??? that's a fact...already the shareholder value has increased..
