it has value now being part of PGI...new owners...projected revenue of 44 million annually...what about that...you are assuming that the new company will suck up actt and get rid of it all together...these shares will be worth what the market thinks it will be worth....and with an annual revenue of 44 million....I could give a shit if they don't give me .50 a share for a buyout...this may be worth more one day...no one knows for sure..
