What you are seeing is what the 'ask' is showing. Right now the ask is at 0.29$. Doesn't mean much... the market makers removed their asking price they've been playing with all day and the next lowest asking price set by a GTC orde (good till cancelled) is someone asking 0.29$. This will change in the morning as soon as the market makers put their asks back in.
