I think imo the SEC would shut them down if they tried that, new rules make it harder for r/s (the old dump days, r/s then do it again like a atm days are over) I have read about 3 stories on the net of SEC activity last months.
The good is that the SEC seem to be trying to bring integrity back to the market. Treat shareholders fairly is what we deserve.
