As long as the man's name is Heaslip, he cannot be stopped from using it in the name of the business; even if it is similar to another business. No, I am not saying there are two Heaslip construction companies operating in LA. I am saying there MIGHT be two companies with similar names operation in LA.

The original post linked to a website that appears to be high school alumnae advertising what they can do for each other post Katrina.

Anyway, it is probably a waste of time to call. Even if you get them on the phone, you will probably no get the answer you want. My opinion is that it is a separate company with a similar name and they probably will not give you the time of day - I am sure they are quite busy now.
