Well no, the one's who get paid in company shares eventually dump them on the shareholders filling all bids. So its kinda like, ok give me 1000$ for these shares at 0.30$. No more buying at 0.30? ok give me 1000$ for these shares at 0.25$. So on so forth until they have no more to sell. Using that strategy they maximize their profits while minimizing the amount of time they hold shares...
