No to be clear - I am responding to the comment made that YRCW can not acquire anyone because of an agreement with Hoffa. That I do not believe is fact based and was looking for substantiation of that statement.
My bet is YRCW is now looking to acquire because it makes real sense in terms of further supporting the network optimization initiative.
I have no idea whether ABFS is a likely candidate other than I think it could be a very good fit and the comments made by both organizations leadership.
I wouldn't be surprised to see an acquisition soon based on those facts.
