Thanks and that is awesome information on MDHI. I hope this company is going in the right direction....we are all kind of in the dark right now as to how the company is doing financially. I would think they are improving or why would you be paying to do all the audits and trying to get caught up on the financials.

From over a month ago this was claimed to have been told by ronnie.....


"Why are 2012's taking so much longer from receipt to postings than 2011 did? Auditor has been on vacation

I followed up with if this is the inhouse auditor reviewing the numbers and was told essentially: the independent auditor has been on vacation. The numbers have been completed but the 10-k itself has not "


I would refer anyone to the claim made in the mid august PR saying 2011 and 2012 were done.....


Who's lying? And if the auditor had been on vacation as of early September....has time not been sufficient to give us the audited 2012 instead of the BS single UNAUDITED quarter?

Defending MDHI's ethics are impossible in my opinion. This is way overdue and ridiculous for someone who wants to be "transparent"
