Agreed....the stated Sept date is open.
One needs to know whether the stated "mailing date" was also very close to the filing date of Aug 28th to sort of zero in on the "effective" date.

I agree, mid Sept is pretty close.

The new 2xx,000,000 post split authorized share number is actually quite an increase.........left alone, the 1 for 100 would have been 7,500,000.
