A/S was recently raised from 1.5B to 3.0B. Berge stated emphatically on last week's conference call as he has had many times over the past year that he would not reverse split unless a big investor came in or some game changer like that and forced his hand.

Hey Ludar, Nobody knows for sure how many or when conversion starts this month and unwards Now the CEO here doubled the A/S here from 1.5 bil to 3 bil (kept it from shareholders for a month) In CC Berg stated he had too " cover notes". In Aug the O/S had 200mil plus added to it . 1.2 billion ish now. Asher $42,000 is today. $67,000 was transferred from Columbia bank to Asher stated bye CEO minute 49:00 of CC. Also John Fife 80mil shares to convert are still in play as well? (Suppose to convert early august) but we do know a week ago 7mil were converted. For the month of September I expect 400 mil to convert. Now the question is how about Asher notes in October and December? They do exist as well. Anybody here can correct me if my DD is off.
