Ever. Nobody's that stupid. Not unless the insiders want to pose for some pics to sell some stock, like they did in Canada and Ghana. Maybe somebody will finance some rental money, like they did for that Canadian helicopter. That was cool. That and the short-term rental of a drill rig sold hundreds of millions of shares of worthless stock. What a great CEO.
