People averaging down from other "Never lower, here comes the NEW BEGINNING" prices. .024, .015, .008, .006, .0038, throwing more money into the pit in hopes of squeezing some out.

Just a guess. PPS is still WAY too high considering all the dilution. Unless they stop at some point, this is no brainer trips IMO.
