....all biomed stocks dilute most at very well known intervals ...there are penny stock companies that are well run and do not pump, just dilute(investor funded) and until they get their game right and actually thats when stock price will stabilize and will be ready for take off when there is zero promos its a change worth waiting for...right now its just a flipping party.
