I appreciate your concern however, as I stated I tend to be open to all possibilities.

I look at facts and assess.

My view is that this judge has provided ALOT of lattitude for Google.

I don't think there are many people out there that would disagree, that when it has come to accepting delays, HJJ has been very welcoming to google in that regard.

For example, many have disregarded his delays in regards to the USPTO, suggesting he was 'waiting' for the USPTO decision, which I agree with.

However, it his not his job to wait for the USPTO, it is actually the courts that are generally viewed and SUPPOSED TO BE VIEWED as higher form of review since an adminsitrative arm of the government should not be determining outcomes of civil legal debate. So those arguing that he 'waited' are ignoring a VERY IMPORTANT fact.

The point is not 'consipiracy' as you like to put it. I very much disrespect that comment as it effectively is used as a slur these days to discredit someone, its used to make someone seem crazy, without actually looking at their point, and easy 'fox news' way of getting rid of uncomfortable discussions.

Given his acceptance of delay after delay, I don't just disregard it as many on here do as simply the legal system. The legal system takes time, I am aware. Google is allowed to make motions, allowed to ATTEMPT to delay, but it is up to the judiciary to determine whether delays are indeed fair and reasonable or simply 'tactics' It is quite clear our judge has not incorporated that analysis into his views.

So the question that arises from this, which many choose to ignore, is WHY. You don't want to ask that question, that is fine. I do. If you don't believe that corruption exists, I suppose you live in a much less cycnical world than I do, and good for you. I believe it does, I ask why, and I question everything.

As I said, this ruling is a binary event for me, it will tell me what this man is thinking. If he allows this nonsense to continue, I certainly will not feel comfortable because my investment will be based on the decision of a man that I don't feel confident in, and I will sell. That's all.
