Dale co-authored Prop 215 and is very familiar with the law at the state and federal level.

Now I understand they may not have intended for his comments to be taken the way some have portrayed them, but Dale suggested either SKTO/DOPE management were ignorant of federal law (FOOLS) or had other intentions (HUCKSTERS).

Hard to prove "intent". Stupidity more often than not sticks out like a sore thumb. Allyn, Benz, Mayer, and Mayor couldn't be any dumber.....if you ask me. I based that on Dale's explaination of SKTO/DOPE's PR's about CBD' and the 50 acres for growing weed.
