I agree. Much of the news that has come out in the last 10 months has been piecemeal - parts of the puzzles. A conclusive, definitive statement from the Feds will draw attention from the right investors. Hopefully that will be this month. GL

Difference between committee hearing and announcement.

Unless I've missed something, Sept 10 is considered significant because there will be a Senate Judiciary Committee hearing on that date that will be taking testimony on the "Conflicts between State and Federal Marijuana Laws".

While I'm sure the individual senators will make comments, pro and con, as they ask their questions, a Senate committee hearing is a whole different animal than an announcement.

MJNA and the sector could see some activity on that date, simply due to increased visibility, but there likely won't be an announcement by Feds.
