Powerwalker, I believe the two others have the money but the 3rd HRT does not. A PR would not contain that TNK and Petrobaus would fund. I believe the only reason Petrobaus was there in the first place is that they own the gas line within a few miles of the main HRT sites. If gas monetization from natural gas sales is out so is Petrobras IMO.
So they are relying on Goldman Sachs as mentioned in the last quarterly report to find a parter which would entail HRT selling some assets to cover their share and even TNK may give up part of theirs so there is no out of pocket cash. The report from Goldman is due by year end according to the quarterly report.
