Makes absolutely no sense. If there was any intent to do something with this shell, it would not have sat in default for so long running the risk of being revoked by Nevada and suspended by the SEC. Nothing is going to occur with this dead 5 billion share defunct shell.

I haven't been posting because I don't want to be a kill-joy. As you know by now, I don't believe (and have NEVER believed) that ASYI would "run". I believe that it will simply (and instantly) be TRANSFORMED into another stock, having a wildly different PPS

Well any investor that buys would be trading asyi with information now, RIGHT? Why hasn't the non-existent "company" announced this news? If it is forthcoming, why are we hearing about it before the fact?

The corporate restructuring of ASYI is now complete. Within days from now AERO IQ is going to be officially (and LEGALLY) spun-off from ASYI as a separate, stand-alone company that wlll begin to issue its very own BRAND-NEW, PUBLICLY-TRADED STOCK.

Float locked? Keep hearing about 5 billion in float, but no one acknowledges nearly a billion shares traded in the last month alone. That will do a lot to dry up the float. Ahhala brings some sort of link that ASYI actually exists, and no one or nothing accounts for the recent volume here....if this is an organized run to dump shares, who organizes it and how? Phone calls? Emails? MMs signals? How do you contact long "bagholders" to organize them into buying in trip 1s then selling again at trip 1s? Hmmmm?

I'm tellin' ya..a few more back to back 200milly volume days and I'm loading more! Plus the closer we get to September 19, I just might slap a few milly for the fun of it!!

But ASYI IS NOT GOING PUBLIC. asyi does not exist. Corporate restructuring? That happened when AISystems closed their doors. The restructuring was the a/s count raise from 300 mil to 5 billion to pay off the leftover debt after the company went bye bye AS PER THEIR OWN FILINGS !! Did this "corporate restructuring now complete" rumor originate from the asyi non-company related blog that was abruptly shut down?
