I just read the latest PR and, to be perfectly accurate, the Altamont/GSO deal hasn't been finalized. My statement before was my opinion based on the press releases stating or suggesting that Billabong isn't interested in taking competing offers from other institutions. Billabong, and as far as I understand, the court, have stated they do not expect competing offers to slow down the process of implementing the plan they have already approved of with Altamont and GSO. There may be some intervention, but as of now it seems highly unlikely. I didn't mean to be misleading, but if you look at all of the press, I have a feeling you may come to the same conclusion or at least understand my perspective. The BLLAF board is so dead lately, I felt I should start posting to gain more interest and hopefully influence others to post their own ideas on the stock whereby I might pickup some useful info and insight for myself.
