#80048 RE: Penny Masters #79992

DC NORML's attorney said "no comment"....then commented?

What was his/her name? Just curious.

I went back and looked at many posts here and was tired of see the twisting of CA NORML stance and thought I'd get a answer for myself.

I was directed to the DC NORML office Attorney and was told that the email was not what was intended from CA NORML on SKTO, Medical greens or I-Equity. There was simply a "use caution when investing on MMJ Start up's" and they have zero knowledge of any SKTO, MG or I-Equity being a scam or for that matter may be a fine Company in a field of tough start ups.

Did you even read what Dale sent to me in the email? I asked about Berk-Lie-O, and he said he never heard of them. He went on to say........

The cultivation facilities they are proposing are blatantly illegal under federal law, which will make it impossible for them to win FDA approval. While they have claimed that what they are doing is legal because they are producing CBD, not THC, the fact is that CBD is 100% illegal under federal law.

Then he summed up his opinion this way about SKTO.......

It's hard to tell whether SK3 is run by fools or by hucksters; in either case, it would be foolish to put any faith in them.

Dale seems to know plenty about SKTO, doesn't he?

Do you know about the cultivation plan they announced? Is it federally illegal? Are CBD's federally illegal?

Dale never concluded SKTO was a scam. He suggested management could just be FOOLS.

I think anyone that announces their "intent" to violate federal law is an absolute idiot. That includes Allyn, Benz, Mayer, and Mayor.

As Dale said, and I agree......it would be foolish to put any faith in them.

Good luck.
