What the stock price tells me is that there may still be confusion as to what the MSFT terms may be -- and more importantly, that regardless of whether your theory or my theory or any other theory is "correct", that the market understands that MSFT is immaterial to VRNG's valuation anyways. Everything right now (w/respect to the sp anyways) is irrationally skewed and weighted towards the GOOG case, with no consideration being given to anything else VRNG has to offer (i.e NOK in particular).
