therefore VRNG will not be impacted by the cap UNLESS the amounts recieved by google substantiall exceed the 30 million..

The clause i mentioned prior clearly states to me that a material change in the agreement occurs if awarded greater than 30 million.
They have telegraphed a material change without specifying the details, great legal artistry. But I have done alot of legal work, the words mean always mean something to attorneys they are very careful in how they craft / agree to press releases, 8k's etc There is a cap for certain, but it may be higher than people percieve.
