trooper, My guess is that most
scam or P&D lasted about a few months,
usually not more than a year.
And usually those scam CEOs are unknown or had no previous work records.
Ken has an excellent past work record & experience.
He was co-founder of another Exploration and a has a record of 11 JV,
and before that he was an employee of an oil company in Alberta, Canada.
Too bad KATX became the target for those greedy MMs.
Hope Ken will talk to a Law Firm and deal with those greedy MMs.
Some new trade rules must be added to stop this kind of manipulation.
Bad for the country.
