Hello Sandls, bottom line if we don't get audited financials soon the only way the the PPS will be going is downward. I agree with you that the company is growing at a rapid pace and they do have an incredible product but if they don't become fully reporting then the public side is will be a disaster for us shareholders. If they do release audited financials then the BIG BOARD will be a possibility in two years. Vegas in July 2015. $$$ GO CPSZ $$$

Because of the other requirements they are at least 2 years away from up-listing to a big board. Price is not the only criteria.
