I’m really not sure of the goings on inside the company Vkaz.....I was just posting the chart because “Tradeinman and sm caps” were talking about the ticker.

There may be traders here still trading FLPC but I’m really not sure.

No.
They proposed increase A/S to 3B. Shareholder group revolted and they listened. We asked them to keep it to 1b. They proposed 1.08(essentially doubling the A/S). We agreed and supported.
We also supported ANY amount of preferred offering, because it would not dilute the common holder.
IMO - there must have been a "takeover" in. The works for them t want to act so aggressively. A 300m property(at the least) at any moment to be blasted and priceless amounts of lithium and uranium and 3 other properties. Someone could buy controlling interest for 2.5m.
This is a long position. It is a very rare penny position.
Buy in, set it and forget it, IMO.
