I should call back the IR guy but I don't know what he could tell me. He said they were concerned about the huge amount of outstanding shares & wanting to uplist as a couple of reasons for the reverse split, which was voted on last year. Now that's not happening ( at least in the near term) & a large amt. of shares are going to be unlocked in Sept. & Oct. The next part of their plan ( in addition to uplisting) was to obtain partnerships for funding. So unless they make a positive announcement concerning this part of the plan, I would expect a lot of pressure on pps. in the next couple of months.
