BudGenius does not have a ticker and is a fake company with a website and a PO Box at the local UPS Store in California. California "address" but no company registration in California.

The name change as announced by Aaron more than 2 years ago was to BG Medical Technologies, a company Aaron created in Nevada the same day Randy announced the "huge news" and quoting Aaron's CodeZero Media as being "highly sought after." Go back and read the "huge news" promotional PR on 12/5/2011, then look what date Aaron created BG Medical in Nevada, then go to Florida and look up CodeZero Media to aee that everything I have posted is the truth.
Tough to be "highly sought after" when the state of Florida had dissolved the "company," CodeZero for not filing annual lists of officers more than 2 years before the "huge news."

Start out with lies and end with massive dilution and then going dark with a continued Dwyer pump and dump, then claim to be "doing business" with a continued Hipple pump and dump.

This shell has been "wash, rinse, repeat" so many times the clothing is coming unraveled just as the stories keep coming unraveled.
