Your (THINKING) to this investment is lets say off key.

First of all, no one has lost any money, if they still are holding.

This is long term investment.

Business model, is very clear.

Premier is seeking reverse merger partner.

Or they would consider revenue share agreement.

The company is ongoing concern, its not some fancy slot machine.

I'm not spreading ANY negativity.... Just TRUTH. The fact that there were/are NO filings to show any relationship with BBV tells me that this was likely a scam from the start to pay the convertible note holders for ZizZazz.
And I'm sure Andreas and AB Partners were compensated for carrying out THEIR end of the scam.

BRND MAY have enough businesses to survive from here but personally I wouldn't trust ANYTHING this CEO says from now on.....and I also don't trust that the SEC won't step in here at some point.
