The judge will have to do something to punish Google for violating a court order. If it wasn't for Googles claim of a workaround, this case would be wrapping up at the trial court level. But since they claimed to have a workaround, HJJ gave them the opportunity to prove it by providing a fair, but strict timeline. The fact that google showed complete disregard for the timeline is going to hurt them.
