Definitely do your own DD. Marketninja is right, but don't take someones word for it on a message board. Look at the MMJ sector stocks and you will not find a more transparent company with the potential PHOT has, it's just not out there.
That said, if you're looking for a flip, just don't buy, we longs would rather see solid hands than flippers, the company still sells stock to cover bills, that's clear in the filings, so flippers aren't going to make it rich here.
This is a REAL investment, one of the VERY few in the sector that's actually worthy of a long term investment, do your DD, then come back and buy for the long term.
