Sounds plausible but 4 million raise for stock plan seems excessive when they don't have anything to prove yet. Such a plan between P2 and P3 might make sense but why now ?

Hate sounding like a pumper but remember that many hints have been given to a possibly expedited plan,given awesome results so far and orphan drug status, and staff might be feeling especially confident about the prospect thus their eagerness to own tangible stakes ASAP(instead of cash payment?); And the entire 4 mil I'd assume to be simply provisional; clearly not warranted to exercise the full amount. We'll see.

As for public ATM offers, i'd say there won't be a need to shoot ourselves in the foot once things pan out. Secondary (at shareholder friendly prices; given good results of course) seems much more probable.


Idk about you but I feel extremely confident with this investment; which is something I can only say about only 2 speculative biotechs right now.
