#82005 RE: Skeetz99 #82004

When Gerald first answered the phone today he said he was surprised I called as normally he only gets calls from shareholders when the share price goes down.

Gerald told me that there were a number of things in the works on many fronts that he couldn't comment about until they were finalized and made public.

Read my earlier post for a bit more detail.

Edited and added it:

I just spoke with Gerald. He will be arriving in Helsinki next Tuesday. He said he'd have a little time to adjust to the time change before his presentation.

He's really upbeat about the potential that LymPro offers. He thinks it made have wider application than anyone expected.

He said he was surprised that the amount in today's settlement between the N.F.L. and the players over concussions was so low. He also said that the N.F.L./G.E. will be awarding grants to companies such as Amarantus that have the potential to develop treatments for T.B.I. The challenge for them is to determine who to give it to and how much to give. Apparently Amarantus is a potential grantee.

He also stated that the fact that Dominion Capital was willing to accept a no short position and a six month lock up on the shares demonstrated their strong belief in the company's future.

As always he indicated that there are numerous "things in the works" that he couldn't comment about but that would be made public as they finalized.

Note: He had to leave to take a conference call but said I could call him back later if I had any additional questions. I'll wait until after he returns from Helsinki to call him again.

Gerald is the right person to make Amarantus a tremendous success. Sometimes the right person is in the right place at the right time.
